By using Adsunos, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations, including limitations on liability, a no-refund policy, and dispute resolution procedures. Please read these terms carefully before using our Service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Adsunos ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Adsunos AI-powered advertising copy generation service, including any associated websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, creating an account, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Adsunos provides an AI-powered platform that generates advertising copy for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create headlines, descriptions, and other advertising content based on information you provide.

Each monthly subscription includes up to 200 AI generations per calendar month across all features (ad copy generation, competitor analysis, landing page sync, multi-language localization, product feed ads, campaign structures, ROAS analysis, ad fatigue analysis, landing page optimization, and visual ad concepts).
This generous limit is designed to accommodate even the most active users. For context, 200 generations per month means approximately 6-7 generations per day — more than sufficient for professional advertising workflows.
What counts as one generation: Each time you submit a form and receive AI-generated results counts as one generation. Viewing, copying, or downloading previously generated content does not count toward your limit.
Monthly reset: Your generation count resets to zero on the first day of each calendar month.
Exceeding the limit: If you reach 200 generations in a given month, you will not be able to generate new content until the next calendar month. All previously generated content remains accessible.
We reserve the right to adjust usage limits with 30 days' notice to subscribers. Any changes will be communicated via email and updated in these Terms.
Adsunos offers a monthly subscription for access to the Service. By subscribing, you agree to the following payment terms:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DUE TO THE IMMEDIATE DIGITAL NATURE OF OUR SERVICE AND INSTANT ACCESS TO AI-GENERATED CONTENT, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
